MOLDED PARTS

Gerome Technologies specializes in producing molded parts tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers. We specialize in producing composite molded parts for customers in power generation, military and electronics industries.  Our molding capabilities are focused primarily on compression molding, and low pressure wet lay-up processes.  We work with a variety of woven and non-woven fiberglass materials in combination with epoxy and polyester resin systems.      In addition to wet lay-up materials, we also work with a variety of epoxy, silicone and polyester b-stage prepregs allowing us to create complex shapes and design.    Our equipment and experienced team enable us to handle both low and medium-volume production runs efficiently. Whether it’s creating prototypes for testing or manufacturing finished components for our primary customer base, we are committed to delivering durable and reliable molded parts that meet or exceed our customer’s expectations.
